Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted with a mutually selected arbitration forum, in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The final arbitral award shall be binding on both parties. You enter into this agreement or use Orbital devices or services are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or validity of such information and materials, nor the reliability of any advice, opinion, representation or other information.
